PART TIME OFFICE ADMIN / ACCOUNTS

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SAGE + C.I.S KNOWLEDGE

Working for a company in the building industry, you will be a good all rounder with excellent communication skills. You will be required to work 3 days a week, Monday / Wednesday and Friday.

Answering the phone, dealing with faxes, e-mails
Booking out Jobs
Managing Diaries
Faxing, filing and photocopying
Credit Control
Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
CIS calculations
Bank Reconciliations
Using Sage Instant
General day to day running of the office
Assisting the Accountant with Accounts maintenance
