Job Description

Branch Manager

Nestor Healthcare is a major player in health and social care providing services to individuals in their own homes thereby enhancing their well-being.

Goldsborough Home Care part of the Nestor Healthcare Group, are looking for Branch Managers to join their committed team in the London area (Bromley, Hackney and West London and Brent)

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of service and growth of business within agreed budgets. You will be expected to develop the branch and its commercial success whilst ensuring that a high quality service is delivered. You will work within CQC guidelines and company policies to ensure quality standards and compliance in working practices.

You will be required to liaise with and develop relationships with other healthcare professionals and to ensure that recruitment of office and field based staff is in line with company best practice.

The ideal candidate must have been recently employed in a management position within the Domiciliary Care industry and show evidence of being up to date with CQC and other legislation requirements. Candidates must evidence an awareness of current initiatives within the Social Care industry.

You must possess excellent IT, organisational and communications skills and have a proven track record in leading and motivating a team in a highly demanding and fast moving environment.

Candidates must evidence working towards or qualified to RMA level. The successful candidate will be required to become a Registered Manager for the branch.
