Job Description
My client a market leader is looking for 2 Customer Service Advisors to work within their busy and professional contact centre.
We have 3 month contract roles. There is a possibility that these roles may be extended.
You will be required to provide an efficient service to all clients and customers with a strong emphasis on service. You will be the front line support to the business and will be working within targeted business KPI's.
They are seeking candidates who have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner is essential as is the ability to work on own initiative and be a good team player.
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
The offices are a 10 minute walk from Epsom Train Station.
Start Date - 12th April 2010
